What are my payment options?
For online purchases, we accept paypal and bank transfer. All orders shall be processed once payment has been received and cleared.
What is the currency for all prices?
All prices listed on our website are quoted in Singapore Dollars.

What is www.weddingfavours.com.sg’s pricing & discount policy?
Our prices are extremely competitive with those of other retailers in the industry. What distinguishes us is our excellent customer service and attention to detail. For orders of more than $300, free delivery to anywhere in Singapore is included.
What is the minimum quantity?
The minimum quantity as stated for some of the favours applies. *Please note however that delivery charges will still apply for orders of less than $300.
What is www.weddingfavours.com.sg's product availability?
For merchandise in stock, non-personalised items can usually be shipped within 10 days. For merchandise that are out of stock, please contact us for availability and estimated lead time.
We will not accept responsibility for late or non-delivery under the following conditions:-

No such person at the given address. |

No one else present to receive the delivery on behalf of the recipient. |

Refusal of any item by the recipient. |

In rare cases of late or non-delivery due to circumstances beyond our control such as acts of God, natural disasters etc. will not be considered as a violation of agreement. |
Local Delivery charges –
- For orders above $300, delivery charges are waived
- For all orders under $300, a delivery charge of $15 applies island wide
- Option for self collection is also available at Macpherson during office hours; Bukit Panjang Plaza or Upper Changi Road East after office hours and weekends
- Our sales representative will get back to you on pick up location
International orders

With your shipping destination information, we will be able to advise on shipping charges and lead time for your shipment.
Regulations of International shipping
With regards to country-specific import regulations, any fees/damages arising from non-compliance will not be borne by www.weddingfavours.com.sg.
